​Sally Hicks is the founder of Mind & Motion Pilates and Yoga. Sally combines her experience in Sports Medicine, Pilates, Yoga and manual therapies to form an unique and effective approach to injury management and prevention by restoring functional movement patterns.  Sally has completed the Stott Pilates Instructor Training, Diploma of Clinical Pilates, is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion/ Psychology). She is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy.

​Located within the native Australian bush in St Andrews, on the outskirts of Melbourne, Mind and Motion provides guidance and education for students aiming to achieve mindful and functional body movement. Servicing suburbs and towns in and around the Nillumbik area.
